If you pencil out their revenue and earnings numbers, you get 1999 revenues of $1.2 billion and eps of $.52 Next year, $1.5 billion and $.63, one of the problems is that there are 118 million shares out for 2000. This is an IT service company, like an Anderson Consulting, trading at 92x year 2000! bye!!!!! I could see the underwriters coming out with an opinion saying it's a fine company and all that, but...well, maybe they have a cure for cancer, too. whatever - I think you will find that those are the numbers used in the road show, too.
