Hello again, Marco - time value aside, I think the stock will eventually rise to within 10 - 15% of its breakup values, irrespective of the current share price. Interestingly, if the stock continues to languish, the company can further maximize shareholder's values by 1st buy back the shares in open market at a discount and then distribute the assets. Strange as it may be the case, surviving shareholders get more, so we could safely raise the range to $5 or even 6 - but $8 with 20.4MM shares is a bit extended, IMHO <g>
