Has anyone else seen all of the news releases on MOT and CSCO joining together in networking, and wondering if WIND is also involved.

Could they be trying to come up with something to compete with Paldio (Mitsubishi's combination PDA and cellphone that now works only in Japan). See wrs.com

We do know that Asia is the world's largest market for cell phones.

We also know that Cisco is using Vxworks as the reference platform for its NetWorks program, and that initial licensees include Sony Corp., Samsung Corp., Matsushita Graphics Communications Systems, Inc., and Pace Micro Technology, Plc., all using it for internet enabled devices. See wrs.com

We also know that Motorola is a longtime WIND customer. See

I bet the next WIND conference call is extremely upbeat about the prospects for WIND and the internet. I bet I also kick myself for not overweighting WIND even more than I already have on the current dip.

WIND always announces new alliances with their earnings. Anyone else have any guesses about what comes up in late January?
