You ask Did AOL get some downgrades or something?
Not that I know of. AOL has, as we all know, doubled rapidly recently. Nothing goes straight up. Plus, it's more than a little overvalued. Also, tech and Internet stocks have been on a tear until last week and are bound to entice sellers.

NEW ORLEANS, Feb 8 (Reuters) - Nextel Communications Inc. on Monday said it was teaming up with
Motorola Inc. <MOT.N>, Netscape Communications Corp. <NSCP.O> and Unwired Planet to offer a wireless
telephone package combining voice, data and Internet services.

Nextel wireless Internet services will be built with a combination of Netscape's netcenter and Netscape's
electronic commerce infrastructure and application software. Netcenter combines Internet portal content and
services with custom business applications.
