White Trash Casserole (from the Harkavy Fine Dining Collection) Ingredients: * "Deluxe" Macaroni and Cheese dinner (incl. cheese sauce in can/pouch) * Can of peas * Can of tuna (for first three ingredients, use cheapest brands possible) * Bottle of Thunderbird(r) wine Chill wine by placing in freezer. Boil macaroni in saucepan. Drain macaroni and put back in saucepan. Squeeze cheese food flavored product sauce into saucepan. Drain tuna and put into saucepan. Drain peas and put into saucepan. Stir rigorously and serve. If eating alone, eat directly out of saucepan with stirring spoon. Otherwise, dollop mixture out onto paper plates. Serves as few or as many as you want. Serve with tap water in paper cups. Drink the wine slurpee afterwards, shout "Thunderbirds are go!", and beat the nearest person into unconsciousness. Avoid encounters with neighbors and the authorities, not to mention "talking to Earl on the big white phone". If the right generic brands are available, this gourmet meal (including the wine) can be had for under $5. Enjoy!
