There was a story last week about the U.S. lawyers appealing the judge's decision to not allow Cdn investors in the U.S. class action lawsuit. I can't find a copy on the web to post but some may find it interesting.

Whoever it was, it was only one person, two or more could
not have gotten away with this.

Unfortunately mining confidentiality agreements bind all the
parties and make them accomplices to fraud.

I won't sign a confidentiality agreement unless it has a
disclaimer voiding the agreement upon the discovery of fraud.
