Senator Byrd is one man. He does not rule the party. He most likely will vote against the articles of impeachment. As a matter of fact if he said how he was going to vote he is breaking his oath of office.

The facts are perjury is very difficult to prove. You need more than innuendo and inference to convict. The Obstruction of Justice charge is again all interpretation of motives. There is more than enough doubt as to what Clintons motives were as he was trying to cover up the whole affair. IMO all he was doing was trying to keep his affair out of the press.
