thinking about this BD report and why it has not been made public it must be completed by now for the SEC to come to a agreement with GE IMO. BD was hired as their legal counsel ,so it does not require to be filed in the 8 days after GE got the report. any news that has to be included in a 8K has to be made public info, they can not sit on the report, this goes for contracts , private placements and so on,if it pertains to part of a 8k it must be made public info in 8 days IMO.
