What's weird is that Piper Jaffray is a market maker for PPOD, and has been tracking and *covering* the company since its IPO. So why would they say they have just "initiated coverage" today, with a strong buy? The "strong buy" is very nice, don't get me wrong, but I always wonder why these companies seemingly fib this way.

[Kinda reminds me of homeowners who put their house on the market, watch it lie in squalor for a while, then quietly take it off market for a while, then put it back on with lots of fanfare. Oftentimes it sells right away. Go figure.]
