40% of what. How much equipment do they have? What is the state of the infrastructure. Why could you invest where these questions are left unanswered. AOL can now issue bonds but before it had 400m shares it had something like 10-20m shares and regularly issued new shares, at whatever price it could get, to fund itself (sometimes in a fiasco fashion). Of ISP companies public long ago, only AOL survived long enough to reach the current mania valuations.
