Shadow, It wasn't about being filled. It's about being entered and not showing on real time. My sell order last week was filled above the ask which was higher than my ask. I should have had the ask, just like I should have had the bid today. I think the time delay is greater than the Naz because of the pink slip system. From the time an order is placed over the wires, it's about 30 minutes before it actually occurs. Today finally filled at 1 13/16. I've planned to stay with MSU, but just didn't see a reason to ride it down last week when it was apparent to me that the 10Q was taking it down. I got some back here and will add again closer to 1. The 10Q wasn't that bad, just poorly written. Also, it may have, but didn't contained some bullish information. A trader's ploy IMHO. Larry
