I rest my case here...you have no evidence to offer nor discuss. Perjury is lying. Lying in court is not necessarily perjury- it always is perjury if it can affect the outcome of a case. The Federal Appeals court has ruled that the truths Clinton hid may have had a material effect on the original Jones case. His "lies" did affect her case, NO? YES!YES YES! face it. That's perjury.

I suppose you think Jones could have received a penny without this evidence. As Byrd said, "...who's kidding who...?" The number who believe he lied was 80% recently. Most Americans don't realize that lying is perjury when it materially affects a court case- you among them I suspect. A child could see that the President was well aware that his lies could affect that case- and they did until this evidence came out! The fact that he knew withholding his truths could affect the case is key. It's perjury. Face it.

Ok fine. I lied. Didn't change the facts, did it? Just the polls. Your case always did hinge on polls, not facts. You have nothing to offer but name calling without factual back-up. To imagine the President is innocent of trying to affect the Jones case in his favor requires lot's of fanciful logic twisting blind faith- thus stretching the bounds of credulity beyond repair. This is why so many know damn well he lied- without a doubt.
