I saw where someone mentioned some news that was on CNN, I could not find it. perhaps a connection the the IBM announcement concerning secure web site for music downloads ensuring payment to the record companies. Screw them I say..

Something else? The internet stocks the ascended in 1998, like YHOO and AMZN, seem to have hit a glass ceiling. There are now a lot of investors looking for the next big thing. Who are the leading MP3 companies? DIMD - Rio player, RioPort website. MP3.com - not yet IPOd. GDNO - sells Frank Black & Rykodisc catalog online. If there is a great demand for stock in a certain sector, such as internet MP3 stocks, then the price will go up. -Sanjay
