I only caught part of the story, but I heard on Toronto's 680 that YF shares are up on the expectation that a deal for EPIE will be announced soon, though YF may or may not have the winning bid. Actually, I didn't even know there was another interested party. Can anyone shed more light on this? Serruya was quoted as saying its a win-win situation whether YF gets EPIE or not, because if not then they will be holding a whack of shares (18% of the total) that are suddenly worth a lot more.
