Jack; When it comes it will, but it may come a tad late the NUTZ
are still going down and not many of them are in the S&P500 or
OEX. This thing is mixed up, early today money came into the big
techs, so she is trying to rally but it's very iffy.
IMO this is the time to be hedged, the simple one is long SPY,
short MDY equal dollar amounts, then leg out of one when things
become clear.

I recommended this back in Nov. and it's such a good hedge that
you can go to sleep on it, as in the longer term the SPY will
beat the MDY, it's the hedge with the edge.

PS
The edge is the way they work, the MDY gets a hair cut more often
than the SPY because of the nature built into them.
If it ever out runs the SPY it's for brief periods, ( no need to
panic ) as you can bet if it does it very much a crash will come.
Average is a 10% edge a year. That can be done by someone who
is blind or has an IQ of 60 or both.
