IMO - Namtai is playing games with Albatronics creditors and Namtai stockholders. I'll wager they're offering Albatronics creditors less than 50% payoff versus what they 'might' get from liquidation. Making the picture look as bad as they can to pressure the creditors.

Then a strong rebound?

When the price bottoms ($6-7?), BUY. Koo or the company will be.
