Spider,

You are incorrect about the company "Topnet" designing the new website.

Topnet has no affiliation with Mako Capital, Inc. and will not
have any involvement with Mako in the future.

Mako Capital, Inc. will have its website in full operation no later
than Tuesday, February 9, 1999. You will be able to access the
website at www.MakoCapital.com.

Joe Lanza is not involved with Mako Capital, Inc. nor has he been
retained as a consultant to the company.

An independent Investor Relations Company will be contracted to handle
all investor relations. Further announcement will be forthcoming.
