YUM..had a good day finishing at day high..CBS near high, WCOM,SYKE,NTAP more earnings play, anticipatory upswing there as well.. Not all earnings plays have it, but if they do, you will notice it. ITDS noticeably fell to selling pressure but you can't keep going for all of them just go with the ones that are 'clearer' rather than chase the elusive ones (i.e. NSOL)

KSWS +8 ,SONE+1 5/8, PMRY +7/16, SFSK +11/16, NETG+1/4 (2 intrady) MVSN+7/8 IEE +1 and ITDS + 3/4., VRIO got out 32 but back in 30 1/2. XLSW + 1/2, NTAP stopped out with a 1 5/8 loss and SYKE -3/4 but getting back in. What I can see is that the newsletter/earnings plays outperformed the watch list. On a down day its is best to look for the anticipation provided by the earnings plays otherwise either you get puts (which I did on RNWK Feb 60's puts, YHOO's Feb 140' puts, TQANP AMTD's Feb 50's puts.)or wait on the sidelines. Sorry, for lateness..Conference calls today and another visit from my programmer this afternoon at 3:00
