Kevin... I was wondering the same thing.

The shorts continue to fight like tigers to keep it from running. When it tried to go through $8 today, they flexed their muscles and knocked it back down. Tomorrow's action will be very interesting. Good luck!

Kevin: I've noticed the same anomolous sideways movement in the price preceding this earnings announcement. There's been a lot of running tech stocks up in front of earnings and selling on the news the last few weeks. So given TAVA's history, and lack of movement this time, this may indicate that those who play the game of "buy the rumor, sell the news" consider TAVA too risky to run up this time. I look forward to JJ telling us a bit more about the 18 contracts of $24-$40 million each that he mentioned at Red Chip.

Dear Kevin: GOD, I hope so!!! I am personally encouraged over the small volume. Seems to indicate to me that there is no "Rush to the Doors" merely a slide with the market. The Russell 2,000 in particular has been hit pretty good today. I wish TAVA could have made their earnings release a few weeks ago when all the SUCCESSFUL companies were releasing. I think they need to work more on their Accounting system. It is not good in my opinion to be releasing earnings at the back of the pack when most of the Losers come out. We dont get the benefit of "Market Momentum".
All I can say at this point is that if TAVA meets or beats its estimate I guess I will be happy. Sooner or later the stock price must recognize the Companies Success. JDN
