I don't know the answers to your questions, Arnie. I only know that the tax-loss value has been an accepted fact for many, many months, if not longer, with Larry and jp, among others, speaking on both its legality and value. I doubt that ANY company would take us over for only the tax-loss value. We need to find a company that would have addition reasons to want us. (yeah, I know you think no other reasons exist, but that doesn't mean they don't)
