I also hope very much for NWI here is the first NR just out that mentions anything about locations - also note that the staking company can now make money off of the claim - I am unsure of how much they paid for the claims but I am sure that this will work out well for them. This is why they go running and staking - so they can sell off the property Moss Resources Inc - Moss options Nuinsco tie-on property Moss Resources Inc MRS Shares issued 18,439,496 1999-02-05 close $0.31 Monday Feb 8 1999 Mr. Harry Hodge reports The company has entered into an agreement with Goldwater Resources Ltd. covering eight mineral claims (320 acres) immediately adjacent to the Nuinsco nickel-copper discovery. Goldwater has the right to earn 50 per cent interest in the claims by paying Moss Resources $50,000 in cash, issuing 200,000 shares and spending $150,000 on the property over three years. On completion of the above, Moss and Goldwater will enter into a 50/50 joint venture to further explore and develop the claims. The claims are directly tied to the east boundary of the Nuinsco property, 2,500 metres east of the Nuinsco discovery hole. The Nuinsco sulphide zone appears to be plunging easterly at 45 degrees or shallower. Exploration of the property will be started as soon as time and conditions permit.
