Colleen,

Talked to IR today, Earl Hope, posed some questions as follows:

What were WAMC sales last month?

Answer:NONE

Does Wamc have a manufacturing facility?

AnswerYes, but it is closed

Does WAMC have any sales people?

AnswerWe used to have but they needed to find other employment to earn a living

Does WAMC have any contracts to actually bring revenue into the company?

AnswerNO

If this company had sales as a private company why when it went public it has no sales
or activity?

AnswerThink the former President used the public company as a stock play only
and never intended to follow through

Sounds to me like the current management is blaming the former management

They should run for politics, if they do not get financing these shares and this company
will soon be worthless, I understand they are working on financing.
