im showing CMTO as the 3rd largest cable modem and equip supplier in the world, the 1st in europe. do they work with athm? how many cable modems will be supplied by next year in the US,,,we are on the eve of time warner hammering out contract with the city of raleigh for cable modem access, that is a potential 300,000 modems just for our city alone and they are rolling cable all over the city now. Is this an opportunity with CMTO do you think? adsl is very slow here and only working on old phone lines, pair gain, with no fiber optics or load coils in the switch box with mile limitations making it a major loser so far,,, adsl by bellsouth is a joke here.

Highlights:
* In the past two weeks Terayon completed a 3.25 million share offering and
announced fourth quarter results that significantly exceeded all
expectations.
* Based on Terayon's 4Q results, as well as the recent performance of
similar
companies in the cable modem market, it has become abundantly clear that
overall deployments of high speed data services through CATV coaxial cable
networks is accelerating.
* We continue to believe that Terayon has the best solution for that market,
based on its differentiated S-CDMA technology.
* Further, as evidenced by the improved gross margins in 4Q, Terayon's
management team has demonstrated that it is implementing its business
plan
extraordinarily well.
* Our new model forecasts 1999 revenues of $71.3 million and 2000
revenues of
$137.3 million versus our previous revenue forecasts of $61.2 million and
$125.1 million, respectively.
* We have made material positive changes to our forecast for 1999 and 2000
(see above) and believe that with even more good news likely to emerge over
the next 6 to 12 months, TERN shares could rise to our new price target of
$55 or higher.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION: Terayon Communication Systems develops,
