Mark, It does sound like J/L is dead, at least with Naxos. Whether they can or cannot deliver is unknown by me (and probably all of us), but from my standpoint, it is unfortunate that any process having any possibility of success gets eliminated without evaluation based on it's own merit. No person should receive any $$ without providing third party, chain of custody proof (by more than one lab) that a process works, but any and all processes should be supported. This is the only way to ensure that the process selected is the best one FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS We all deserve to win in the end and management should be the vehicle making this happen. Now boys... go ahead and slam....! Paul
