Certech: I don't know if 3com is tired or otherwise...it is the long range horizon that I base my strategy upon. If you think this has been a hell of a ride...try the ride on the internets ! Price swings are what makes a mkt and some reap profits. Not a loss until you sell it, nor is it profit until it rests in your hands. Sort of like inheritence...doesn't exist until it is in your hands! Do your homework...look at the books...compare and analyse relative to the sector and decide what is your balanced objective. Remember...for every share that is purchased....someone has bought it. I would really become concerned if there was "no purchasing" of 3com.

HK
