I thought our friend was taking care of all of that. He must have gotten deported; from earth.

Good Luck and I hope these NAVR boys get with the program tomorrow.

Annette,

News from IRC says that someone who spoke to the company (I'm always leery of that one) was told that the S-1 was with the lawyers and has been for a bit. They will file it when it returns from the lawyers. The comment from the company was that a week later would "not be material" and wouldn't need a press release.

Take it for what it's worth.

I think it's obvious that NAVR management is working on the IPO and that the S-1 filing is imminent. I like the 144's filed since the indicate that management wants to take advantage of any price increase. The downside risk is that if nothing is announced tomorrow, the stock price may be adversely affected for the short term. The question is does one hold through the tough times or use them as a buying opportunity by selling tomorrow and getting back in lower?

It will be interesting to see the action on this stock as the week wears on.
