With the company gone from their California office. . .at the Toy Fair in NYC. . .it is difficult to get any further clarification.

I saw a paragraph last week that said August 17, 1999 was conversion date at 6 common per 1 pfd E series. The investor relations claimed, "by the end of this year," when I spoke with them.

Ask the guy that posted the warrants info on the PLCO thread if he has similar info on PLCOP.. . and where he got it.
