I wonder if Citi is going to take a look at the cost of doing their billpay service in-house?

Citigroup targets $1 bln consumer cost cuts •
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Citigroup Inc., the largest U.S.
financial services firm, confirmed Monday its consumer businesses
would cut as much as $1 billion in costs by the year's end,
saving much more than previously forecasted. •
The bank holding company said it would trim up to an
additional $300 million off internal costs by cracking down on
employee cell phone calls; curtailing the use of private car
services; cutting back on consultants; and giving regional
managers more autonomy. •
