(ON TOPIC) Has anyone receive a shareholders letter from CSMA regarding the shareholders meeting in Salt Lake City next Monday, the 12th at the Quality Inn, at 8 a.m. And also there is a proxy vote regarding the merger.I didn't? As Warren says "Bring lawyers , guns , and money. hahah"

OT: ZAP Bad mojo, Bootz...Glaser will find that he won't overcome the bad publicity of last year that easily. And the eight lawsuits won't help. Rick. Glazer doesn't have to overcome anything. When the new portal page is officially announced ZAP will bounce, period. Do you think it will go down on such an announcement? No chance. Lawsuits, schmawsuits. I can show you any number of good companies and stocks that have an equal number of class action suits against them which haven't harmed their performance at all. Look at the charts. You can start with CYMI and CD. Lawsuits out the kazoo. And I would kill to have gotten both at their all time lows of around 6 1/2. CD is now at $20 + and CYMI at $25 +. The ZAP lawsuits were based on the claim that ZAP announced a portal page and then pulled out. Now all they have to do is come up with a portal page -- of any sort -- and those lawsuits are so much paper. I posted the news about ZAP to this thread because I thought some of you might want to get in on it, having done your own DD. Go to Yahoo and click on Profile. If you don't like what you see, fine.
