Blackie, old friend,

I really don't know what to tell you about this stock. It has potential, but the CEO has chosen to hype it rather than to make something of it's positive points. The most positive thing to come out, lately, is a subscript in a press release that the core business may break even due to a new customer. That's news!

Do me a favor. See what you think of the press releases that come out. I'm sure that many others think that I am just plain negative. I am not negative, as I have a whole bunch of money invested in this stock. I'm just looking for something really positive to happen. I won't let Dennis "play" this stock. It is, however, hard not to appear negative when you see these press releases for what they are.

Dennis, Mr. UBID, Mr. EBAY, how about doing something to show that you belong in that class?

Best regards, Blackie,

AD

Hey Blackie,

Sorry to be so slow on the uptake. You see, the last that I heard was that we had a "licensing agreement" with "Virtualsellers". The next thing I know is that they are our "subsidiary".

Then we acquire this other company for $500K in cash and stock. I didn't know that we had this much (or any) cash on hand.

Oh well, the heck with what I say. The "market" spoke again today. :)

Just remember, we are very similar to UBID, EBAY, INKTOMI and many other high flying internet stocks. The only difference is, we seem to suck, and investors can see through the smoke and mirrors being put forth by our CEO.

Best regards,

AD
