Yes, JMAR was part of the original EUV consortium with Intel, Ultratech, and others. Funding was stopped by the government and eventually Intel created the EUV LLC with its own investment. As I understand it, TRW is working on the source for EUV LLC. Not sure if JMAR has any rights left from the original work or if they may do some sub-contract work fro TRW.

I think that the chances are not very good for XRL as the mainstream choice for semiconductor lithography, even with a point source, because the extension of optical lithography and advances in EUV and scalpel may squeeze out the opportunity for XRL. That does not mean that JMAR can not be successful selling its sources for niche markets.

The problem with JMAR is that their revenues are closely tied to just 2 customers, IBM and the government. Hopefully Britelight will change that, as this stock most likely won't move until we begin to see new revenue and EARNINGS from NEW customers.
