Dilution is an absolute necessity. How does a junior Company raise $$$ without dilution. In this case I think that the dilution is positive. I just wonder why Adolph waited so long to put up the $$. Maybe he was waiting until he was absolutely positive that they had a grand slam home run before writing the cheque. Don't forget he's also saddled with Tenke ( you don't win all the time). Here you've not got a company with sizeable cash and access to lots more through the exercise of the Newmont warrants and the exercise of Adolph's warrants. They can keep on drilling - proving up more reserves - and cash-calling ABX for 40% of the expenditures. By doing this they are forcing ABX to contribute to the development of more reserve which makes the Company more valuable and we all win - except ZBX 'cause they will pay us more in the end.

This kind of dilution I don't mind.
