Tomato Man, so sorry - headaches galore for you for the next couple of weeks

I'm glad you posted, though - I tore around my office, checking that my staff were all current on their backups!

Hope good news from FNTN buoys your spirits this week --

(of COURSE I bought back in, as soon as the 30-day tax period was up! )

Thought some folks might be interested in this.

Here are two excerpts from a 1999 state of industry report by the American Society for Training & Development 1999.

"Projections from the latest Benchmarking Service for the year 2000
suggest that the spread of these technologies across organizations is
only likely to accelerate. By then, over 85 percent of all organizations expect to be using multimedia, 80 percent CDROMs, and 70 percent CBT and intranets. The last figure would make intranets the most rapidly spreading learning technology of all."

"Among distribution methods, intranets show the largest expected percentage point increase over this period (from 3 to 17 percent)."

As several folks have said over time, looks like FNTN is on to something!
