this certainly makes the conference call statement a clear premonition. the strangest part of that call was when they said they were hoping to meet the 60 days, but if they wouldnt, they were going to put out a press release to that effect. well, this is that release, they knew it wouldnt be within the 60 days. definite buying opportunities over the next few...oops...."several" weeks, it looks to me. jeer

Somebody obviously had some inside information. What's the difference if they drove it down because they wanted to buy in or because they knew about this news? I don't understand why you got out. You can't hang on another few weeks until it goes back up again? Obviously if it went up to 20 on anticipation, it will go back at least that high when it the time comes. You just better hope you get back in at the right time, or it's going to be your folly. jw steve

Yeah right, last Thursday 2 million shares trade upward in the last half hour and now "somebody knew that filing wasn't happening" and today in the first hour some 200,000 shares takes the stock down to just under 17. It trades the rest of the day between 17 3/4 and 18 1/2 and YOU think someone knew the filing wasn't happening. Geez, show some integrity or least some intelligence, the volume told the story. The stock didn't drop b/c anyone knew anything. It dropped b/c people didn't get the news when they wanted and the MMs took advantage. Tomorrow; however, will be another story. I for one will not sell b/c i don't think I'd get filled until the low 16s or even 15s and I'm not willing to give up those few points. So i will hold and when the S-1 IS filed, I'll be fine. I'm not on margin and am playing with profits from DBCC so I will be patient. Out
