Rumours? 1. Sophie is planning on leaving WSP to marry Diamond Willie. They plan to set up housekeeping under Snap Lake in digs formerly occupied by the Phantom of the Opera. Furnishings include wall to wall carpets replete with 10 carat diamonds. Webmistress Jill has been hired by Sophie as a consultant and the newlyweds are planning on doing an IPO. 2. DeBeers will buy out Winspear and will in turn be bought out by Pfizer which will use diamonds mined at Snap Lake for awards given to heavy users of Pfizer's Viagra. 3. The Smithsonian Institute is planning to buy diamonds from Snap Lake to place over the stain in Monica's blue dress. The dress will be displayed in one of the Smithsonian's many museums. 4. Ave. Joe and John Paquet have been hired by RT to do the PR work for WSP. 5. Chuck will follow the path of George Tromp and start his own diamond newsletter which will include the very popular "Rumor of the Week" feature. There will be no annual fee, but subscribers will be obligated to fly to Omaha annually to see Chuck share the stage with Warren Buffett at the Berkshire Hathaway get together, since after WSP makes its run Chuck will join Warren and Bill Gates on the Fortune list of richest Americans. 6. Southern Era is sitting on a find so rich that it will do to WSP what teevee thinks WSP will do to Aber's Diavik find. 7. It will be revealed that Sudhir Khanna's real name is Angelo Gianini and that he is RT's brother-in-law. 8. Dr. Bob has abandoned the cone theory and now believes that the diamonds at Snap Lake were put there by extraterrestrials who hid them there in anticipation of taking over the earth in the next century. They will exchange the diamonds for cash and create a monetary crisis to destabilize governmental institutions. Ooops, Nurse Ratchet is calling. Gotta go now...

Macros..............if RT gets a chance to cut a deal with DeBeers he probably will...thats what he went into business for......to explore.......to discover.......to sell the property.......make a bundle for himself, the other insiders and the shareholders (we're last in line of course) I have no problem with that.........I think RTs interests' dovetail with ours ....to maximize the bottom line, get all he can for the property....."a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush" I suspect a good deal with DeBeers could be worth $15.00c shareprice and or some combination of Dbrsy stock......on the other hand, if a bidding war were to develop I think RT would be the first to recognize it and let it run its course.........then ...who knows 30 or 40 dollars would not be unreasonable........and then on the other hand News from the Snap Lake drill program could be so great that we could get the "Runaway freight train effect" no matter how you cut it all holders of Winspear are in a win-win situation.................except those shorters that don't pay attention.
