so where does it say the offer is not extended pal ?? No where....but in my experience Munk doesn't come thru at the 11th hour. It gives him an image he doesn't like.....being wrong. My bet is you have seen the last of Munk, if the shares aren't tendered to this offer, you will see him continue with the minority position. MY PREDICTION He will finance the construction of the mill for Amable and ensure that its thru put capacity exceeds the needs of amable and he will then mine Pascua at the same time.....using the same facility. In fact, because ARP is cash poor he will likely dictate the mine be built on Pascua land, and you'll truck your ore to his facility!! Peter Munk never loses!! I am not trying to irritate anyone with this prediction. I just want to be on record, so that you can refer to this post and tell me how wrong I was or....how right!!<ggg> the Chief
