Margo, I have no position in SFLK. I got in today at 4-5/8 and out at 4-7/8 when I called Chris at PR and Carol at the company. The news release makes sense and I love the products, but think that management should have consulted with the SEC before announcing that they would be announcing upgraded earnings. It is probably just an unfortunate mistake, but still it makes me a little nervous. I could be completely wrong, probably am. I just have a rule that I get very cautious when I hear of convertible debentures, lawsuits or SEC involvement. Also I feel a lot of momentum has been lost. I will likely be back in at 2 or 6.oo whichever level it goes to before I feel comfortable again. Good luck ALL, DAVE
