Out after close........... Mr. Brian Hinchcliffe reports The company has arranged a private placement of 500,000 shares to Carlo Civelli at 60 cents. Mr. Civelli is a director of the company, having been appointed on Jan. 20, 1999. This changes things a little. Now both Hamilton (800,000 @ .48) and Mr. Civelli (500,000 @ .60) have taken down private placements in the past two weeks. The insiders are now loaded with options and shares. Is it just me that smells something big in the works. Best Regards KEITH
