Voltaire,

I got the same treatment in reverse over at the AOL thread - because I dared to ask questions I was accused of being a short seller and talking down the stock, even though I have a substantial long position! Anyone who believes that an anonymous person on SI can manipulate a stock with a float as big as that of Dell or AOL is unrealistic.

Please continue to say what you have to say about Dell. I for one am reading.

Voltaire,

Since I believe that equity prices are unpredictable in the short term, I do not think that you or anyone else should be concerned in any way about pumping (edited) markets while predicting future directions of equity price moves in SI. IMHO, it is even harder to imagine that SI posts can pump (edited) markets than it is to imagine brokers eavesdropping and manipulating markets based on SI posts. JMHO.
