JW....we own the company and we should expect competent management that sets expectations and keeps them.

Management owes the shareholders everything.

<<NAVR management owes you nothing ...>>

of course, they do. I am a stockholder and they all work for me and the rest of the shareholders in a way.

<<Did you ever consider the fact that NAVR management is actually trying to run the company rather than make a bunch of short term investors some cash>>

most absurd. NAVR management's job IS to maximize shareholder value
and boost stock price. Why would the management care if high stock price benefits long term or short term shareholders? To me, not keeping a commitment made to shareholders is not a job well done.

<<Any true long term investor isn't really gonna care if the IPO is delayed a month or six months>>

what about 1 year or 6 years delay, should any true long term investor
care then?

<<Unless of course you can explain how delaying the IPO will hurt the long term performance of the company.>>

Several weeks in internet time is a long long time. The earlier netradio gets its money from IPO, the more chances it will have to market its presence and compete w/ others. Idea is good, but execution is more important. Unless netradio can explain to us all the reason behind the delay, I can only say that those guys cannot execute well.
