Hey Steve Kaplan!! The reason I was complaining is because you put up a fraudulent web site in order to deceive potential victims into thinking there was some high-level relationship between Keane and Matridigm (you named it matridigm-keane.com before you were ordered to take it down). The fact that Keane now has a news announcement about some "alliance" with Matridigm (i.e. we'll resell their crap if anyone wants it) is irrelevant to the issue at hand...Zitel's stock. Zitel's attempt to fraudulently promote their stock through their relationship with the near-worthless Matridigm corporation has failed misearbly. Zitel is now insolvent. I have always been and continue to be 100% correct about the Zitel stock fraud. Zitel stock continues to be grossly overvalued and will eventually and inevitably either (a) trade for pennies or (b) be delisted.

All well and good Steve, but with no contracts, no revenues, negative earnings and more dilutive financing does it really matter? The stock trades at $2 and change for a reason. Nobody believes in it. And I for one am happy that my company did not put our Y2k fix in the hands of a company that may be history in a few short months and my guess is that others seeking remediation will think the same way. 10 months and 19 days to go.
