I haven't had any problems with their e-mail confirmation system, but e-mail can be unreliable at times.

Try this:

Check the SI Wit board and the Wit site message boards each night. When anyone reports getting the confirmation request on a deal you have an order pending, send an "I confirm" message back to Wit! Don't wait for their e-mail, just send one. All they seem to need is your e-mail address and the "I confirm". If you weren't going to get shares, it shouldn't matter that you sent the confirmation, but it might have gotten you shares in COCO. Think of it as a pre-emptive strike!
