josef,

Part III of the same saga. I have removed the names/locations that Mr. Solomont had specified in his originals because SI has seen fit to remove all of today's original posts from the public domain.

Please be advised that the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire has allowed a motion to substitute you (Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx a/k/a “Rico Staris”), as well as Yyyyy Yyyyyyyy (a/k/a “Spider Valdez”) of Aaaa aa aaa Aaaaa, Aaaaaaaa as party defendants in the case of Zwebner v. Dumont, et al., United States District Court, District of New Hampshire, Civil Action No. C-98-682-M. We have been unable to confirm that you, Mr. Xxxxxxxxx, reside at the Bbbbbbbb, Bbbbbbbbbb address provided to us by Silicone Investor in response to the subpoena served upon Silicon Investor seeking that information. Consequently, my client will incur further costs to locate you in order to serve you with a judicial summons. We will be subpoenaing additional sources, including your credit card provider, to locate you. As you have been previously notified, pursuant to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the court will order you to reimburse plaintiff for all such costs. You can avoid such additional costs by waiving service of the summons, as previously requested, or by providing the undersigned with your present address.

Very truly yours,

Charles L. Solomont
