I would think that they would be looking for a more positive market atmosphere to make any more announcements. In fact, I'm surprised they made the announcement on the IPO filing today... I can only figure they were already locked into an announcement or they were trying to reaffirm what was previously stated about their intention to file and thereby give the stock some support. Who knows??? Any more educated/knowledgable thoughts on the announcement timing??? I'm curious... Meantime, I'm sitting tight ... I agree with RB that this is all positive.
