Good and accurate comments. INTC can indeed convert. There are a few concerned funds out there that are (finally) waking up to the non-existent fundamentals that underpin this airplant, and I expect that their exit may spoil things for salivating CFOs at INTC and TXN. That said, I may well be getting ahead of myself. You may well be right. The source of unthinking "investors" out there may be unending. (g)

By the way, note that INTC can actually cause an even greater number of shares to be issued if certain conditions are not met,...another $150.0 million worth.
