Saw tail end of report about IBM announcement today on the Nightly Business Report. I missed almost all of the segment. But I did catch a industry exec. saying that they did not believe they had to offer the downloaded CD at a lessor price. I thought that defeated one of the primary purposes of downloading over the internet. Can some watch the full Nightly Business Report to catch the full story.
