Anglogold considers 45.4 percent "a slight increase in our hedges"? If 3rd quarter stood at 8.15 million oz. and the increase is 3.7 million oz. for a total of 11.85 mil. at 4th qtr., that represents a 45.4% increase.

Richard and all,

Hope gold goes to $500/oz very soon and these bastards are left selling it for their locked in prices of $320-$330....serves them well...

Check out Bill Murphy's commentary today at his cafe site.....the connection between these clowns and Goldman Sachs is revealed....

Hope they both go down in flames......

Richard,
The ONLY reason this was done is because www.lemetropolecafe.com 's John Brimelow is close to the Reuters people. He had them query Anglogold.
Anglo acts like it is a nothing. John Brimelow called them on the carpet. They were caught trying to pull a fast one. Period.
There explanation of increasing their forward sales by a huge amount is very weak.
