Anybody know where to check out if they actually filed? I checked the EDGAR database at SEC, but it only has last Fridays' info. Not sure when they update it. It would be pretty funny if this is what everyone was waiting for and they actually filed it. jw steve

I feel very strongly that a larger company is looking to buy Netradio. Probably not NAVR but Netradio. I believe the filing is ready to go and they were going to make the date but were convinced otherwise in an attempt to negotiate a buy of Netradio (and who knows, maybe NAVR itself). Navr is able to use the filing and subsequent IPO as leverage in the negotiations as post IPO the price of Netradio would probably be prohibitive. If the talks fall through you see the filing in as little as a few days. Otherwise you may wake up to a buyout of Netradio or NAVR itself. just one man's opinion but quite likely IMHO. Remember MTV-Spinner article?

Daytraders opinion: daytraders.org I don't want to be trashed, but I can guarantee this stock is not going up. This is not news. This press release was issued to pacify all the people who call IR today. Please tell me what guarantee do any of you have now. Many here were relying on some 60 day SEC rule (or something like that) to get to today. I am sorry - Everyone here seems like really "good people" and , though I lurk, I really feel I know some of you, but when insiders sold in November at that runnup to "take advantage of market conditions" that was a "hint and a half fo' yo' ass" NAVR MGMT IS CRAP I am not going to lie. I will keep my money on the sidelines for now and buy after a clear bottom. This looks like a four month cycle.
