Baba 2, Yes, you're right. It seems that with such good prospects the company could have hustled another million bucks on the loan rather than issue so many shares for that extra million. Unannounced and at such favorable terms, too. No wonder the stock got hit. I noticed 235,000 shares for sale at .42 Cdn the day of the clarification announcement. I hope some or all of them are gone by now and not still hanging over the market. Also, I hope Bill Murphy didn't get sandbagged by this since he's done so much to give this company such visibility. Be interested in his reaction. JimG
