I agree wholeheartedly! There seem to be a lot of old hens running rampant in regards to the news..Marketwatch said they filed with the sec.My take on this is the ipo offering itself is in 3 weeks ,which is inline with the average amount of time it takes from the s-1 till actual ipo..I believe also, that navr shareholders will get some kind of option to purchace natradio shares at offering price.Paulson surely is aware of dbcc and other various parent companies and the subsequent drop in share price once the ipo becomes available..If i were Paulson, sitting there with 2.2 million shares of navr, you can bet your bottom dollar i would want to preserve the value of those shares..What better way than to reward shareholders of navr as of a certain date the option of ipo shares.WALLA!NAVR shares hold stable throughout, ipo gets the needed infusion of monies, and NAVR shareholders go to the BANK! By the way,how DO those free t-shirts look anyway?
